Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy Updates.

I believe My cancellation and rescheduling policies are fair, reasonable, and respectful of everyone’s time. However, I want to clearly explain how they work, why they exist, and how they will be changing moving forward so there is no confusion.


Phone Calls & Booking Expectations

If you haven’t met me before, it’s completely normal to feel nervous. That’s exactly why I do accept phone calls — unlike many professional Dommes who either don’t take calls at all or charge a consultation fee upfront.

That said, phone calls are strictly for booking appointments.

Before calling, clients are required to:

  • Fully read my website

  • Complete my questionnaire

The purpose of the call is for us to:

  • Confirm interests and expectations

  • Go over session details

  • Get a feel for each other’s personalities

This helps ensure our session is connected, comfortable, and enjoyable for both of us.

If a phone call turns into extended conversation, repetitive questions already answered on my website, or something that feels sexually motivated, I will redirect the client to a paid phone consultation. Most of the time, however, I do not charge for booking calls — as long as boundaries are respected.


Retainers & Payment Requirements

Once your appointment is booked, your retainer must be paid immediately.

  • Retainers range from 20%–50%, depending on session length

  • One-hour sessions must be paid in full

  • Same-day appointments require:

    • two-hour minimum

    • Full payment upfront

    • An additional $300 same-day booking fee

Your appointment is not secured until the retainer is received. If payment is not made promptly and there is no communication, your time slot may be released to another client.

All retainers are non-refundable. If I need to cancel for any reason, your retainer is 100% refundable.


Cancellations, Emergencies & Respect for Time

I understand that emergencies happen. I do my best to be reasonable and flexible when clients communicate clearly and respectfully.

However, it’s important to understand that when someone books even a two-hour session, I am actually blocking off approximately five hours of my time. This includes preparation, setup, the session itself, and cleaning/sanitizing afterward. Last-minute cancellations directly affect my income and prevent other clients from booking.

For that reason, cancellations without proper notice are taken seriously.

Previously, I allowed rescheduling within 10 days for last-minute cancellations. However, after recent situations involving repeated cancellations and blurred responsibility, I’ve decided to restructure my policy to be clearer and more consistent.


Health-Related Cancellations

If you are sick — especially with a fever — do not come to your session.

Attempting to shift responsibility onto me by saying you’ll “wear a mask” while knowingly contagious is not acceptable. In these situations, the session is still considered a client cancellation, and the client is responsible for payment and rescheduling according to policy with the option to reschedule once you are better.


Updated Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Moving Forward)

1. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice

  • Retainer is non-refundable

  • One reschedule allowed within 7 days

  • No additional reschedules on that retainer

  • Any further reschedule requires a new retainer

2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice

  • Client is responsible for full session payment

  • One reschedule allowed within 14 days

  • Extensions beyond 14 days:

    • $250 per extension.

    • Maximum extension period: 1 month

3. Failure to pay after a late cancellation (without 48 hours notice)

  • Client will be BLACKLISTED

  • This applies to booking with me, my partners, or anyone associated with my space.


Final Thoughts

My rates are reasonable. My policies are fair. I allow rescheduling, flexibility, and communication — but I will not be taken advantage of.

I respect my clients’ time, energy, and commitments, and I expect the same in return. These policies protect my business, my schedule, and the experience of clients who genuinely value my time.
